IRON PLATE 2D 2000W (AMADA) LASER CUTTING
Facilities:
- 12 mm FE
- 6 mm INOX
- 4 mm AL

The working area spans 1500 x 3000 mm and is supported by high-performance software to develop the cutting technology and a network of one or more products with the aim to minimize the quantity of redundant material.

IRON PLATE SCISSOR CUTTING
Facilities:
- up to 3,5 mm (Fe) and a 1000 mm working area (SCHECHTL)
- up to 3,0 mm (Fe) and a 2000 mm working area (SCHECHTL)
- up to 2,5 mm (Fe) and a 2000 mm working area (SCHROEDER)
- up to 8,0 mm (Fe) and a 2000 mm working area (JAKL)
- up to 10,0 mm (Fe) and a 3000 mm working area (HESSE)

CUTTING OUT, BENDING AND RESHAPING
To cut out and reshape iron plates and other materials we use ex-centered and hydraulic presses of the following power rates:
- 40 To (Latak, Solingen, Mios) ex-centered press (Latak, Solingen, Mios)
- 63 To ex-centered press (Pobeda, ILD)
- 160 To ex-centered press (Weingartner)
- 70 To hydraulic press (Sicmi)
- 150 To hydraulic press (Jakl)

- 150 To edge press with a working area of 2000 mm (Jakl)
- 25 To CNC edge press with a working area of 1250 mm (Profis)
- 120 To CNC edge press with a working areas of 3000 mm (Hesse)*

WELDING AND SOLDERING
We conduct welding using the latest welding devices and machines.
We use the following welding procedures:
- MIG-MAG (Fronius, Varstroj, Iskra)
- TIG (WIG) (Varstroj)
- Resistor welding (point)-(Siemens, EV Vučak)

We can also weld bolts and screws of various dimensions and shapes.

ADDITIONAL PRODUCT PROCESSING
In cooperation with our proven and reliable suppliers, we are also able to offer products that are:
- thermally processed
- galvanic proof
- cathode coated (KTL)

PROCESSING BY CUTTING
Chiselling and drilling using CNC processing centers:
- OKUMA V50 (processing range of 1000x500x500 with the added option of 4th axis processing)
- HAAS Mini Mil (400x300x200) aided by high-performance CATIA V5 and ESPRIT software

Turning using CNC HAAS SL 10 lathe for products with a diameter of 40 mm composed of bars and for products of larger diameters by parts (up to a cross-section of 120 x 200). Turning is also aided by high-performance ESPRIT software.

CONSTRUCTION AND TOOL SHOP

We develop and manufacture on our own the tools for all the products we manufacture. We are greatly aided by the superb CATIA V5 software in our designing phase, which we can also use to import data in other formats such as CATIA V4, STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF, etc.

As the design and process preparation is done within a single software package, the possibility of data transfer errors is eliminated and this enables us to manufacture a product or prototype virtually overnight.

We are also prepared to help and cooperate with our knowledge and experience in the development of a product.

The tool shop utilizes the following machines and technology:
- Wire electro-erosion with a working area of 570 x 320 x 300 (Fanuc)
- Submersion erosion with a working area of 400 x 300 x 200*
- CNC chiselling machine with a working area of 1000 x 500 x 500 (Okuma)

MEASURING SHOP
We are aware the customers are not prepared to tolerate unfit and faulty products within their products, which is why we have also equipped our measuring shop with the latest measuring equipment such as the CNC coordinate measuring machine Mitutoyo Crysta 776, with a measuring range of 700 x 700 x 600 mm.

The MCOSMOS software, used to track statistically the accuracy of products and to compare the measured values with the CAD model, aids the operations of the measuring machine.

All the other measurements are calibrated and periodically inspected and their accuracy checked against the calibration certificates, which reveal the resolution to etalon.
